One man’s highway is another man’s maze
Our eyes don’t always work the same
The problem that you’ve sweated for days
To someone else might seem quite tame

What I seek is out of reach
Though well within another’s grasp
Different gifts are granted to each
A different lock adorns each hasp

No merit in hating those who can
No guilt in failing one small task
All pleasures are not allowed to man
Some things one cannot even ask

I really shouldn’t be so tense
When giving up makes much more sense
